It affirms that one can pursue values and try to live up to principles under any circumstances, and it honors those who do.\u00a0<em>Les Miserables\u00a0<\/em>is for everyone who recognizes that there is evil in the world and wants to fight it. That&#8217;s why it was my favorite musical and one of my favorite novels before I became a libertarian &#8212; and that&#8217;s why it still is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">One of the things I like about this particular video is the combination of anger and joy on Enjolras&#8217;s face. He is doing the work he loves &#8212; the work of (on his misunderstanding of freedom) freeing his country.
